How to beat your electricity bill by exporting from your solar panels.

According to Canstar Blue the average 2019 Australian household electricity bill ranges from $1602.32 in Victoria to $1898.80 in South Australia.

Considering that an average 6.6kW solar system generating about 25kWh a day (averaged over the year) could generate $1642.50 in feed in credit (assuming an 18c/kWh) if you export all of the power produced by your solar system.

Which means the system can pay for itself in 3-5 years. Is this how you want to save?
